Greenwood Group is a full landscape-construction division alongside our management services. A landscape architect designs the plan, degreed horticulturists specify what will thrive, and our own crews build it, for commercial properties and, in selected areas, residential ones across metro Atlanta. Then the same firm maintains it, so the investment keeps looking the way it did on opening day.

How a project runs
From a first walk to a finished, cared-for landscape.
Every project follows the same path, scaled to its size: a small entrance refresh and a full corporate-campus install run through the same four stages, so nothing gets skipped and nothing surprises you.
- Site analysis
We walk and study the property first: soil, drainage, sun and shade, existing plantings, traffic patterns, sightlines, and the impression the grounds need to make. A good plan starts with what is actually there.
- Design
Our landscape architect turns the analysis into a plan: layout, plant palette, hardscape, and phasing. Digital imaging lets you see the result before a shovel moves, and long-term planning sets the budget across seasons or phases.
- Installation
Our own construction crews build the plan. Because they are our people, not a subcontracted patchwork, the schedule holds, the site stays clean, and the quality is the quality we designed.
- Renovation and care
As a landscape matures, we renovate tired beds, refresh plantings, and adapt the design to how the property has changed. On approval, the same team folds the site into a management program so the investment keeps paying off.

Yes. Digital imaging renders the finished landscape from your plan before installation, so you, your board, or your ownership can approve the look and the plant palette while it is still easy to change. It is one of the reasons boards approve our proposals with confidence.
What if the whole project is more than this year's budget?
That is what value engineering and long-term planning are for. We can phase a design across seasons or years and set a budget for each phase, so an ambitious landscape gets built deliberately instead of postponed indefinitely.
