About · Service Area

The entire metro Atlanta area, on planned routes.

We manage commercial grounds across nineteen counties, from the urban core out to the edges of the metro. Two offices and GPS-planned routing mean a property anywhere in that footprint gets the same crews, the same schedule, and the same standard of care. Residential service is offered in selected areas closer to our offices.

The footprint

Nineteen counties, two offices.

Our executive office sits on Cumberland Parkway in Cobb County, near the I-285 and I-75 interchange; a second office serves Gwinnett County and the northeast metro. From those two points, our routes cover the whole region below.

By region

What we manage across the metro.

The whole region is one service area, but the properties differ by sub-market. Here is the kind of commercial grounds we keep across each part of the metro.

The urban core

  • Fulton
  • DeKalb

High-rise and mid-rise office, mixed-use, hospitality, and dense multifamily where a maintained streetscape is part of the address. Our City of Atlanta work sits here.

Northwest

  • Cobb
  • Paulding
  • Cherokee

Corporate campuses and office parks along the I-75 and Cumberland corridor, plus growing suburban retail and HOA communities. Our executive office is here, off Cumberland Parkway.

North

  • Forsyth
  • Hall

Fast-growing suburban office, retail centers, and large master-planned residential and HOA communities up the GA-400 and I-985 corridors.

Northeast

  • Gwinnett
  • Barrow

Apartment communities, office and industrial parks, and community associations along I-85. Our second office serves this side of the metro.

East

  • Walton
  • Rockdale
  • Clarke

Suburban and small-city commercial grounds, institutional and municipal properties, and HOAs reaching toward the Athens area.

West

  • Douglas
  • Carroll

Retail, industrial, and community-association grounds along the I-20 west corridor.

South and southwest

  • Coweta
  • Fayette
  • Clayton
  • Henry
  • Spalding

Multifamily, retail, hotel, and municipal properties across the southern crescent, from the airport submarket out to Newnan and Griffin.

Two offices

Dispatched from Cobb and Gwinnett.

Running two offices is deliberate: it keeps drive times down, routes tight, and a real person close to every part of the metro we serve.

Executive office · Cobb County

2451 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 3530, Atlanta, GA 30339

Off Cumberland Parkway near the I-285 and I-75 interchange, serving the northwest metro and the urban core. Owners and administration work from here.

Second office · Gwinnett County

Gwinnett County office

Serving Gwinnett and the northeast metro, so crews reach that side of the region quickly. Call the number above and we will route you to the nearest team.

Good questions

Questions about coverage.

Do you really cover the whole metro area?

Yes. We manage commercial grounds across all nineteen counties listed here, dispatched on GPS-planned routes from two offices, so a property on the far side of the metro still gets the same crews and the same standard of care. If your property is near the edge of the region, call and we will confirm it is on a route.

Which counties do you serve residential clients in?

Residential design, installation, and services are offered in selected areas only, closer to our two offices, because residential work is scheduled around the commercial routes. Tell us where your home is and we will tell you honestly whether it falls in a serviced area.

Where are your offices?

Our executive office is on Cumberland Parkway in Cobb County, near the I-285 and I-75 interchange, and we have a second office serving Gwinnett County and the northeast metro. Between the two, our crews reach the whole nineteen-county area on planned routes.

Does a property far from your office cost more?

Pricing reflects your actual property and its scope, not a mileage surcharge. Routing crews efficiently across the metro is our problem to solve, not yours, which is exactly why we run GPS-planned routes and dispatch from two offices.

Is your property in our footprint?

Tell us where it is and what it needs. If it is in the metro, it is on a route, and an owner will scope a proposal built around it.
