The properties that trust us with the impression they make.

A grounds vendor is only as good as the properties willing to keep it. Ours include some of the best-known addresses in metro Atlanta, across multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, community associations, and the public sector. The names below are a matter of public record.

Proven on the grounds you manage.

The roster spans the full range of commercial property, which means whatever you manage, we have kept something like it looking its best.

Apartment communities

Garden-style and mid-rise multifamily where curb appeal drives leasing and renewals.

Commercial office

Corporate campuses and office parks where the grounds are the first thing a tenant or a visitor sees.

Retail and mixed-use

Shopping centers and mixed-use where a maintained landscape keeps foot traffic and merchants happy.

Hotels and hospitality

Entrances and grounds where a guest’s first and last impression is the landscape.

HOAs and community associations

Common areas, entrances, and amenities where a board answers to its residents.

Private schools and institutions

Campuses and institutional grounds held to a high, consistent standard year-round.

Municipal and civic

Public grounds and civic properties, including work for the City of Atlanta.

Industrial

Industrial and business-park sites that still deserve a clean, professional frontage.

A representative project

Landscape that does a job, not just looks good.

Beyond routine maintenance, our design-and-installation side takes on engineered work where the landscape has to perform.

Storm-water bio-swale

A bio-swale at Pace Academy, with New South Construction

Working with New South Construction, we built a bio-swale at Pace Academy: a planted, engineered drainage channel that captures and filters parking-lot storm-water runoff naturally, slowing it and cleaning it before it reaches the storm system. It is landscape as infrastructure, and it is the kind of larger, purposeful project that a firm with a landscape architect on staff can plan, plant, and stand behind.

Public reviews

Reviewed where property managers look.

We keep an active public review presence on the platforms buyers actually check before hiring a grounds vendor.

Good questions

Questions about our clients.

Can I see client references?

Yes. We are glad to connect a serious prospect with references on comparable properties, whether that is an apartment community, an HOA, an office campus, or a municipal account. We would rather have a current client tell you about the work than paste a testimonial you cannot verify.

Do you have experience with my property type?

Almost certainly. Our roster spans multifamily, office, retail, hotels, HOAs, private schools, municipal, and industrial grounds, and our crews and horticulturists work across all of them. Tell us your property type and we will show you comparable work.

What was the bio-swale project?

A storm-water bio-swale we built with New South Construction at Pace Academy: a landscaped drainage feature that filters and slows parking-lot runoff naturally, instead of piping it straight to the storm system. It is a good example of pairing landscape design with environmental function, and of the kind of larger, engineered work our design-and-installation side takes on.
